A preview of what to expect at the Beast of Ballyhoura Adventure Race, held annually in the uplands and lowlands of Ireland’s southwest. The race looks like a lot of fun – it involves a mix of kayaking, hill running, navigation, orienteering, mountain biking, abseiling, archery, shooting, river walking and scrambling. By the look at the video, not everyone is skilled in all of these disciplines.
