The men’s 100m at the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games was won by British sprinter Alan Wells in 10.25 seconds. Here is a video of the final. It is hard to find video I can show here that the IOC does not block, so the quality of not that great. See more on the History of the Olympics 100m sprint.
