You may not think that playing with a frisbee would be physically demanding, but if you ever see a game of Ultimate Frisbee being played you will be surprised at the physical demands that are required to excel at this sport.
Demands
To be a successful Ultimate player, you need good speed, acceleration, power, agility, strength and endurance. Not much really! Of yeah, some exceptional skill would be handy. We have a couple of polls about fitness for Ultimate, and also some expert opinion, which seem to agree about speed and agility being the most important factors, with other components of fitness also being important.
