Fitness Testing for the Idaho State Police Department
Recruits for Idaho State Police Department are required to undergo a fitness assessment as part of the recruitment process. Assessment Tests
The Idaho Peace Officer Physical Fitness test battery is comprised of five tests:
- Vertical Jump
- One Minute Sit-Ups
- Push-Ups (the maximum number of push-ups completed with no time limit)
- 300-Meter Run
- 1.5-Mile Run/Walk
