The Biggest Sporting Events in the World
Each year there are hundreds of great major sporting events held around the world, attracting large audiences. There is no standard measurement of the reach for all events, so the team at Pledgesports website did some comparisons (in 2019) using various sources, and have come up with a ranking of the major world sporting events. They excluded events such as the premier League, Champions League, and NFL, which have seasons which run over a long period of time.
