Soccer Beep Test https://www.topendsports.com/videos/testing/aerobic/shuttle/soccer-beep-test/ https://www.topendsports.com/videos/testing/aerobic/shuttle/soccer-beep-test/#comments Tue, 27 Oct 2009 08:27:52 +0000 http://topendsports.com/videos/?p=384 A group of soccer players performing the beep shuttle run test. Just a few of the shuttles during level 11 is shown, and none of them seem like they are ready to drop out. The course actually looks more like 15m rather than 20m. Notice the cones placed midway between the outer cones, which is a good way of keeping the players running straight up and down. Actually, you usually see soccer players performing the Yo-Yo test rather than the Beep test.

Beep Test Turning Technique https://www.topendsports.com/videos/testing/aerobic/shuttle/beep-test-turning-technique/ https://www.topendsports.com/videos/testing/aerobic/shuttle/beep-test-turning-technique/#comments Tue, 27 Oct 2009 08:16:59 +0000 http://topendsports.com/videos/?p=378 See the contrasting styles on how to perform the beep test. I am not sure if the test procedures allow for such sweeping turns, but I would think that it would be more energy consuming than the straight up and down guy. It does not look like 20m, maybe they are doing a 15m version.
