Nutritionist Ann Louise Gittleman Ph. D developed the Fat Flush Plan for increasing metabolism, detoxifying and losing fats. The Fat Flush diet is a low-carbohydrate, restricted-calorie diet.
There are 3 phases during this diet
Phase 1 – for 2 weeks – calorie intake of 1100-1200 daily –cleansing phase
Phase 2 – after Phase 1– adding carbohydrate, calorie intake of 1500 until reaching your desired weight
Phase 3 – “Lifestyle eating plan” – adding dairy products and more carbohydrates
The Fat Flush Diet involves consuming 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil daily, helpful in omega 3-fatty acids.

By eating the right mixture of foods and eating often will help speed up your metabolism, which will help in losing a great amount of fat. It is important to restrict foods with bad fats. There are good fats, good carbohydrates and proteins. To burn stored fat throughout the day, your liver and lymphatic system needs to be detoxified first.
Be careful while on this diet because it is said to disturb menstrual cycles. The nutritionist recommends using black current soil oil instead of evening primrose as a GLA source to avoid this. The current seed oil has a better omega-6 to omega-3 ratio for balancing hormones.
By doing the Fat Flush Diet, you will lose weight and achieve a healthy lifestyle.
