Super Bowl 1979
The 1979 Super Bowl, officially known as Super Bowl XIII, was played on January 21, 1979 at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida. This game saw the Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Dallas Cowboys by a score of 35-31.
The game was a high-scoring and exciting contest, with both teams trading the lead multiple times. Steelers' quarterback Terry Bradshaw was named the game's MVP for his performance, which included four touchdown passes.
